This term is the last term for the P7′s. We will soon be leaving to go for academy. Tomorrow we will be going for a trip to!(Link to that post below…). We have enjoyed primary school but we will enjoy further challenges in secondary school. Can’t wait!

Tomorrow half of the P7′s are going to go down to the academy for a couple hour visit to do a art class and meet other P7′s we are going into academy with. We are going to paint a pebble which we will put in the school’s pond. The other half of the P7′s went last week and this week my half are going.  Can’t wait to go as i know people there who are already in academy. We’ll let you know how it goes!

Safehighlanders is in Cameron Barracks; Inverness.  It is a place where P7′s go before entering Secondary School and there you learn about…

• Internet/Online Safety.
• Power & Electricity.
• Water.
• Saving a friend.
• Farm safety.

Soon P5/6/7  will be going on our school trip! We are planning on going to the Helmsdale Musuem and then Brora beach afters!(Links will be at the end.). We all can’t wait to go for a day out; as all school kids do. As i’ve been in the same class for a couple of years; i’ve been to Helmsdale before; and it’s good! There is a cinema room where you have soft seats and watch stuff and the have all kinds of exhibits! As it is the P7′s last outing with Obsdale we will be taking lots of pictures for memories! Can’t wait!

Our class (P5/6/7) Are doin ga class project about rainforests like making leaflets and posters and 3D-Rainforests!! Awsome i know,
And we picked up alot of facts aswell…Like the amazon rainforest is the largest and we have learned that the raiunforest is dying out and we need to help save the rainsofest

The P6′s  are geting cycling so we know how to be safe on the road 

Are school has a white painted road thats where we train to do things right on the road

like: look first then put your right arm up then look again the last look is your safety look

Sometimes here at Obsdale we have a Summer Fair; and we have done it in the past two years, so it has became a annual thing. We have activites, stalls and games to play. 

This is some of the activities will be going on;

• Wet sponges (Throwing sponges at people to get them wet.)
• Craft Stall (Selling stuff we have made with proffesinal materials.)
• Selling plants.
• &+ other games.

If you are a parent/carer or just maybe want to tag along to see what is happening details of when it is happening will be at the end.

You may ask why is the purpose for the Summer Fair; It is because of a Indian girl called Sakubbai which our school has adopted. We have to raise atleast £200 every year so she can stay in her care house and will be loved and cared.
